Provide support to the service department as well as maintain strong customer relationships. Demonstrate our core values to promote growth and sustainability for the company.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth communication between Customers, Project Manager’s, Regional Service Manager’s and Technicians regarding scheduling.
  •  Order all parts and materials for service work orders.
  • Communicate lead time and ETA with RSM’s, Techs and customers.
  • Ensure all PM contracts are scheduled and completed per the agreement i.e. weekly, monthly, annually.
  • Order/Track Rental Equipment and Gas rental cylinders
  • Vibration and Oil analysis
  • Tracking when due per customer
  • Scheduling with facilities and RSM’s
  • Managing routes and oil sample shipments
  • Review analysis reports with RSM’s and Rebuild Manager. Send them to customer with any recommendations.
  • Organize all completed PM, Ace and MII inspection paperwork.
  • Review follow up notes with RSM’s
  • Send final reports to customer with any recommendations.
  • Assist RSM’s with preparing proposals as needed.
  • Generate WO’s for technicians.
  • Follow up surveys with customers.
  • Review open WO report with A/R and RSM’s monthly.
  • Other Duties as assigned
  • Reports directly to the Service Operations Manager.

Experience with the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration and rack systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with refrigeration systems, as well as performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and weekly inspections. We are looking for a professional who can work independently and has excellent problem-solving skills. Must be able to travel and have a willingness to learn Ammonia Refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration systems and components.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on refrigeration systems and components.
  • Perform routine pump downs and evacuations of HVAC systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with refrigeration systems and components.
  • Test and adjust system controls to ensure proper operation.
  • Follow safety procedures when working with hazardous materials.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
Work as an integral part of the team of Project Managers to source materials, subcontractors, and rentals for projects large and small. They will develop vendor relationships and research the options related to price and lead times to support the needs of the project. They will also produce the purchase orders and subcontracts in a timely manner. They will also assist the Project Managers with project organization and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Research Suppliers and Develop Vendor Relationships Negotiate pricing with suppliers in different parts of the country.
  • Manage Shipments and Logistics
  • Assist Project Managers with project-related day-to-day tasks including qualification packets, permitting, licensing, labor scheduling, accounting software reporting, and project documentation.

Sets the standard for the organization’s safety culture. Professional advisor and resource to the construction management team including Project Managers, site Superintendent and Foreman. Serves as the leader in setting safe operating standards, developing, and delivering
training designed to address governmental and customer requirements as well as behaviors that cause accidents.

As a Safety Director, you will collaborate closely with the President, serve on the senior management team, and perform in an advisory role to the construction management team including Project Managers, site Superintendents and Foreman to accomplish the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Assess worksite hazards and develop appropriate controls/standards by developing site-specific safety plans as required by the General Contractor/customers.
  •  Conduct shop and jobsite audits in conjunction with competent personnel onsite.
  • Act as a liaison between controlling contractor and field personnel to coordinate, enforce site safety initiatives, and act as a subject matter resource in a manner that communicates a culture of safety and builds trust.
  • Be the go-to resource to solve problems raised by the project team on issues occurring in the field or concerns raised as potential roadblocks or hazards that affect the project team.
  • Proactively manage trade partners and subcontractors; provide coaching and corrective feedback relative to safe work practices and conditions.
  • Onboard field personnel and educate the work force on recognizable hazards; how to recognize them and take the time to work through a Safe Work Authorization Plan or Job Hazard Assessment.
  • Actively represent the company during insurance or governmental inspections.
  • Investigate accidents resulting in injuries as well as near miss incidents that have not resulted in injury or property damage, to determine a root cause and/or lessons learned.
  • Design and deliver training standards/materials that meet governmental and customer compliance standards, additionally addressing behaviors causing accidents.
  • Manage & maintain records: OSHA recordkeeping compliance, Injury management practices following an injury, training/learning management system, client reports, ISN & AVETTA records.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental health & safety.
  • 10-15 years field experience working as a professional safety manager/director in building construction environments.
  • Communicates and demonstrates a firm understanding of construction safety standards and regulations (OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, etc.)
  • Technical capabilities in the areas of Fall protection, Ammonia Process Safety Management, Rigging, and Arc Flash exposures working live.
  • Earned certifications that demonstrate mature understanding of the field as well as creative ability to achieve high standards in leading others & developing a culture of safety. Examples: BCSP qualified credentials including OHST, ASP, CSP, OR CHST, OSHA 10 & 30 trainer’s certification, First aid and CPR trainer’s certification.
